MINDFUL MEDITATION BREAK

(45-minute experience in Lake County, IL)

Meditation is one of the most powerful tools to clear your mind, relax and supercharge the rest of your day. This session provides simple meditation and breathing techniques to help you feel more refreshed and focused. This is a 45-minute in-person session guided by a LifeWorks EAP Counselor. Simply drop in and participate at 2:30 p.m. No registration required!

Mindfulness: being present in the moment

(45-minute webinar)

Sometimes it can feel like we're moving too fast to fully experience the moments that matter most in our lives. Practicing mindfulness is a helpful way to slow down and pay attention to what's going on ​ it helps you improve your focus and appreciate each moment. Learn new skills for accepting the present without judgment, develop techniques to improve stress management and discover how living in the moment can improve your contributions at home and at work. ​
