Our Registered Dietitian provides one-on-one nutrition counseling to help you develop an individual plan that focuses on your specific health goals. With someone on your side to support and encourage you along the way, you can make healthy changes and take control of your health.

We all have different needs and goals. When you meet with the Registered Dietitian, you’ll discuss your own unique needs and goals, and then work together to create a plan that works for you. The Registered Dietitian can help you:

  • Learn how your diet can help manage or prevent chronic conditions such as high cholesterol, diabetes or high blood pressure.
  • Discover how easy it can be to improve your food choices.
  • Get answers to your nutrition questions.

The Registered Dietitian will help you discover practical ways to accomplish your goals based on the foods you like to eat, and your current work and exercise habits. Whether you want a detailed daily meal plan and frequent meetings or calls for support and encouragement, or if you just need a little advice now and then, the Registered Dietitian can work with you as little or as much as you’d like – it’s all up to you.

All of the information you enter when taking the Health Assessment is completely confidential. Abbott will not have access to your personal health information. Registered Dietitian services are administered by StayWell, an independent company, and personal results will not be reported to Abbott.​
