TOBACCO CESSATION

By now it’s no secret that tobacco products cause serious health problems. Quitting smoking greatly reduces your risk of developing smoking-related illnesses, and literally adds years to your life. Whether you’ve tried quitting before or this is your first time, Abbott wants to help you be successful. Check out these programs and resources that are completely free to use.

PErsonalized Approach to Quitting

If you are ready to quit smoking, speak with a Smoking Cessation Health Coach to determine the best quit plan for you. The program supports the Surgeon General’s evidence-based intervention guidelines, and includes a five-session model with a personal assessment. Your Health Coach will even call you at six months to assess your progress.

When you enroll in the Tobacco Cessation program, you will have the option to receive certain OTC support for free and they’re even mailed to your home.
