HOW IT WORKS
- Create Your 7-Day Challenge – Anyone can create a challenge between Feb. 1 and Mar. 31! Think about a fun name for your steps challenge and personalize it with a photo, too. Create the challenge within your Castlight account. Don’t have Castlight? Visit the Get Castlight page for details.
- Invite Others – Invite up to 50 people to join your challenge. The challenge will start the day after you create it.
- Link a Tracker – If you have a fitness tracker, such as a Fitbit or Apple HealthKit, link it to your Castlight account for automatic tracking.
- Get Moving – Once your challenge begins, have fun connecting with your teammates for the next seven days.
- Celebrate – The top three people from the leaderboard will be crowned the winners.
- Repeat – You can create a new challenge or participate in another after this one is finished…keep it up!
EARN POINTS
Depending on the number of steps you take, you’ll earn points in your Castlight account redeemable for gift cards and sweepstakes entries. The more you move, the more you earn!
WHO CAN JOIN
Abbott employees and their covered spouse/partner may create their own challenge or join a friend’s challenge.
Tax Note: Any gift cards or other rewards you receive through your Castlight account are taxable income, subject to withholding. This will appear on your paycheck if any rewards are received.
