With Daylight, you’ll learn how to relax, control your worry, tackle unhelpful thoughts and address your fears with personalized exercises tailored to you! Build skills to manage negative emotions and get back on track with short, audio-led sessions directly on your smart phone.

Evidence-based techniques to feel better

Do you struggle with worry, stress, and anxiety? If so, you’re not alone. Understanding the science behind what drives stress and anxiety is the first step to learning how to overcome it. Dr. Michelle Davis, a clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety disorders, will describe some of the causes of anxiety and provide practical, evidence-based tools, like Daylight, and techniques to help you manage it.

 

GET STARTED IN CASTLIGHT

  1. Go to your Castlight account and click the link for Daylight under Benefits
  2. Complete the quiz to learn your anxiety type
  3. Register for a Daylight account—then download the “Daylight—Worry Less” app
  4. Login to your Daylight app and complete the “Tailor your program” session

HOW IT WORKS

Once you have the Daylight app, you’ll unlock a series of personalized exercises, clinically-proven to help you relax and worry less every day, such as:

  • Applied Relaxation
  • Stimulus Control
  • Cognitive Restructuring
  • Imaginal Exposure

As you continue using Daylight the program will guide you through new techniques and practice sessions. Each session starts with an explanation of the technique followed by personalized, guided practice that helps you manage worry and anxiety in your daily life.

Daylight is not intended for diagnosis or treatment of a disease or condition, such as Insomnia Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder or Major Depression Disorder. Users are directed to not make any changes to their prescribed medication or other type of medical treatment without seeking professional medical advice.

There is no cost for you or your covered spouse/domestic partner to participate. Your Daylight program is personalized and your results are completely private. Daylight will keep your individual information confidential. Abbott will only be provided with group aggregate reporting to understand how participants are using the program and improving.​ Abbott never sees individual ​results.​
