Get ready for Wellness Warriors – the new challenge from Castlight! Team up with your coworkers to save the world from inactivity as you explore far-away lands in this epic fitness journey.
HOW IT WORKS
- Register through your Castlight account beginning August 1
- Invite, join, or create a team with up to 4 people. Your covered spouse/domestic partner can participate, too!
- Strive to record at least 5,000 steps each day from August 8-29. Each day you take 5,000 steps, you will be entered into the sweepstakes to win a $100 Visa gift card. You could have 21 entries in the sweepstakes! 50 participants will each win.
- Help your team travel around the world virtually and win the challenge
WHO CAN JOIN
Abbott employees and their covered spouse/partner may join the Wellness Warriors Challenge. If you were recently hired, you will need to wait 31 days after your hire date to register with Castlight before joining the challenge.

All of the information in your Castlight account is completely confidential. Abbott will not have access to your personal health information. One of the reasons Abbott partners with Castlight, an independent company, is to help you feel confident personal results will not be reported to Abbott.
