Getting a flu shot is one of the best ways to protect yourself and your family from the flu. Abbott medical plan participants and their covered dependents can visit their in-network physician or an in-network convenient care clinic for their flu shot. If you go out-of-network, your flu shot is covered once you meet your deductible and pay coinsurance. PROOF OF VACCINATION
A photo of your results may be taken at your appointment with your smartphone. You may also access an electronic vaccination record 3-10 business days after your appointment. Call Quest or go to Castlight > Benefits > Flu Shots by Quest Diagnostics to visit your Quest account to access it. Once in your Quest account, go to Menu > Dashboard > Historical Results.
